A craftsman influence provides unique attraction to a wonderful floor plan. I used volume ceilings to further enhance this intriguing design, where every square inch is utilized. Note the dramatic second floor balcony, which overlooks the great room and the front and rear wrap around porches, which compliment the interior. Plans show an optional greenhouse which can be attached on the side, off the kitchen. There is also addional space that can be finished on the second floor if desired. Nooks, alcoves and bays add to the charm and attraction pof this design.
