Although I created this design to specifically fit narrower lots, it is not short on living features. All major living areas face the rear deck, including the dramatic great room, which includes a vaulted ceiling and fireplace. The master suite includes a luxurious private bath, two walk-in closets, and doors to the rear deck. Although it is shown closed, the breakfast room could be built wide open to the great room. The optional greenhouse alongside the kitchen widens the home by 9 feet.
