Foundation Plan -
Dimensioned footprint of walls with post and beam layout for the floor system. Does not include foundation wall details or specifications, footing sizes, or beam sizes.

Dimensioned Floor Plans -
Room labels, room sizes, ceiling heights

Framing Details -
All sets include AT LEAST a 'Typical Wall Section' to identify the construction method, R-values, materials, etc. SOME SETS, include additional sections.

Roof Plan -
To scale, birdseye view, showing ridges, valley, hips, direction arrows, etc. Trussed roofs are assumed, but trusses are not designed.

Cross Section -
All sets include a 'Typical Wall Section' to identify the construction method, R-values, materials, etc.

Electrical Layout

In most cases the code-related notes, details and specifications will be compliant to the current IRC code. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance; an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter. Structurally, parts of the design are prescriptively designed.
