House Plan 10200 is a 716-square-foot cottage ranch with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a one-car garage on one level. The layout places the living spaces in the center, with the vaulted living area up front and the eat-in kitchen in back. The garage is on one side and has a workshop while the bedroom is on the other. The bedroom has a walk-in closet with laundry as well as direct connection to the bathroom. Finally, there are porches in front and back to complete this little getaway!
