About House Plan 12259:
Need a large modern home with chic style? Consider House Plan 12259! This amazing design offers 3,838 square feet with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in a two-story, split-bed layout. On the main floor, the entry connects to the front office and to the luxe five-piece primary suite to the side. Go behind the central staircase and you'll come to the open-concept great room in back, which has a fireplace in the living area, a massive island kitchen, and a sunny dining space. The mudroom off the kitchen connects to the powder room, the laundry room, and the three-car garage. The final three bedrooms are upstairs along with a loft and additional stacked laundry.
