House Plan 12404 is a lovely two-story farmhouse perfect for families and neighborhood settings. It offers 2,451 square feet with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in a split-bed layout. The main floor welcomes you in with a wide foyer that leads to the open great room with an island kitchen and a dining nook. On the kitchen side, there's also a handy walk-in pantry and a mudroom with the laundry room and access to the two-car garage. On the living area side, a short hallway leads to the powder room and the five-piece primary suite with a walk-in closet.
