House Plan 12742 is an affordable farmhouse that'll fit into any neighborhood with its narrow, two-story design! You'll find it has a simple, builder-friendly shape to keep costs low. Inside, you'll find 1,877 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. On the main floor, the foyer with a powder room is set back from the two-car front-entry garage while the spacious open-concept great room with an island kitchen spreads out in back.
