About House Plan 12757:
Got modern tastes and a narrow view lot? Consider House Plan 12757! This chic design boasts a compact shape and large windows across the back, 2,891 square feet, three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half baths across two levels. The main floor places an office off the foyer before it leads back, past the laundry/mudroom and staircase, to the open-concept great room.
