If you need a flexible home perfectly suited for today's families and neighborhood settings, House Plan 12796 could be the one. This neat and narrow two-story design offers 1,885 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The foyer provides a handy coat closet and access to the powder room and stairs before it leads back to the open-concept great room.
