Looking for an affordable home with a compact shape? House Plan 12822 offers 1,824 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms across two levels with a narrow footprint to keep costs down. Inside, the foyer provides a coat closet and access to the powder room and stairs before it leads to the open-concept living space. The L-shaped island kitchen is placed in a corner, with the dining area to the side and the sunny family room with a fireplace at the rear of the house. The garage is also accessible from the kitchen through the mudroom. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spread across a central loft. The four-piece primary suite is at the front of the house while the secondary bedrooms have rear views and access to a nearby hall bath. The laundry is centrally located on the second floor.
