This beautiful 2 story farmhouse is perfect for a family that needs flexibility and room to grow. The main level home office could double for guests as well as an optional bonus room above the garage that can add another bedroom and full bathroom bringing the total from its current 3 bed 2.5 bath design up to 4 bed with 3.5 bathrooms. The open concept first story great room is bathed with natural light by the back wall that entirely opens with sliders onto a covered porch that adds an additional 216 sq.ft. of space to entertain guests.
