Unit A is slightly smaller than Unit B, yet holds three bedrooms and vaulted living and dining rooms. A corner fireplace warms the living area; sliding glass doors in the dining room lead outside. The modified U-shaped kitchen is also vaulted as is the master bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath with linen closet. The master salon has a private bath with dual sinks and a compartmented toilet. A two-car garage shields the kitchen and master suite from street noise. The laundry room opens from a doorway situated between the pantry and the garage access.
Unit B is very similar to Unit A, but has a one-car garage and a smaller kitchen area. Its living area is very spacious, however, and includes the same corner fireplace and vaulted ceilings as in Unit A.
