The Pasadena is one of our most artistic designs with its warm craftsman styled exterior and liveable interior. The Island Kitchen opens to the Breakfast and vaulted Great Room which face the large Covered Patio. The Dining could also function as a home office with its relative privacy and possible access to the front Porch. Privacy is also paramount in the Pasadena, because the Bedrooms are divided into three different locations. The Master Bedroom has its own wing which views the rear of the home and accesses the Covered Patio as well.
