Plan Packages: Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, structural information, cross sections, roof plans, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, heating or air conditioning drawings due to the wide variety of local codes and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers.

This package is a set of plans stamped "NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" that allows review of the design before proceeding with the full package purchase. A minimum 5 set pack must be purchased within 90 days for a license to build. You will be credited this amount toward your plan upgrade.

Single use PDF digital construction plan set, allowing you to make hard copies for permit acquisition, or email to sub-contractors for bidding purposes as needed. If you intend to modify the plan, we recommend using a CAD file.

Complete set of construction drawings in an electronic file format. Needed if you have a significant amount of changes to make to the plans or local engineering. Comes with a one-time build copyright release that allows your local design professional to modify the plans electronically with their CAD programs.
