For physical, printed plan sets, you can check your order status by referring to your order confirmation email which provides the tracking number by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You can also access this information in your customer dashboard.
If you purchased a Digital PDF or CAD Plan Package, these orders are fulfilled through an automated email link and while there is no transit tracking for PDFs or CAD Sets, your order status will be marked as “Delivered” in your customer account dashboard immediately after fulfilment.
