About House Plan 12521:
Check out House Plan 12521 if you need a lot of house on one level! This grand transitional ranch offers 3,501 square feet with four split bedrooms and four-and-half baths, but that's just the beginning. Step inside and the foyer connects to the office and powder room on one side, the formal dining room and breakfast room on the other, and the main living space straight ahead. This great room is anchored between a large island kitchen and a fireplace, all beneath a vaulted ceiling. It also opens to the covered rear patio for indoor-outdoor flow. The primary suite is privately located in a hall off the kitchen and boasts a five-piece bath with a walk-in closet. This closet also connects to the mudroom on the other side, where you'll find access to the laundry room, the three-car garage, and the breakfast nook. Across the house, the front hallway off the living area includes two bedroom suites and a safe room while the back hallway has the final bedroom suite and the game room. CAD + PDF Unlimited Build

This plan package is created in AutoCAD and delivered in .DWG format. CAD files are intended for use by design professionals, structural engineers, and builders to update plans for local building codes or to make revisions based on specific needs, lot requirements, and budget considerations. A complimentary PDF copy is included with this package for reference. CAD packages are delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
 
This package also comes with a multi-use building license, granting permission to construct the home an unlimited number of times, along with a copyright release for making revisions and printing unlimited copies.
