About House Plan 12553:
Check out House Plan 12553 if you need a wonderful smaller home with plenty of flexibility! This 1,496-square-foot design offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms in an open-concept, split-bedroom layout. The great room in the center of the floor plan places the living area in front, the dining space in the middle, and the island kitchen in back, all beneath a gently vaulted ceiling. The primary bedroom on one side features a wide pocket door entry and a roll-in shower for accessibility, plus there's an optional laundry chute in the walk-in closet to easily pass clothes through the wall to the laundry/mudroom on the other side. Across the great room, the other front bedroom could double as an office and also has a wide pocket door entry while the rear bedroom has a swinging door and sits beside the hall bath. A two-car garage rounds out this lovely home!
