About House Plan 12797:
House Plan 12797 is a unique transitional home specifically designed to maximize views! It offers 2,248 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms across two stories. On the main level, two one-car garages flank the common spaces. The foyer leads to the country kitchen--an open space that visually combines the U-shaped island kitchen with the dining area. The living space is placed in back and boasts a centered fireplace, glass on three sides, and connection to two outdoor areas. All the bedrooms are upstairs, with the primary suite on one side of the gallery hall and the secondary bedrooms on the other. The suite has a five-piece bath, a sitting area in the bedroom, and a rear deck. The other two bedroom share a hall bath. The laundry is centrally located on the second floor to serve the whole family conveniently.
