About House Plan 7378:
This best-selling two-story, 1,876 square foot cottage house plan was updated by the architect to include a modern farmhouse appeal with a combination of stone and batten siding, as well as popular features and upgrades requested by our customers and builders. The first floor was expanded by 5’ and squared off to allow for a larger L-shaped kitchen and dining area with a powder room and private master bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bath that overlook the two-story living room.
