About House Plan 10653:
House Plan 10653 is a lovely little cottage with 1,512 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms on one level. The layout places the common spaces in the middle while the bedrooms are split around them. The island kitchen is open to the living area as well as the dining room, which has a vaulted ceiling above for definition, to maximize the feel of the space. The primary suite on one side has a five-piece bath while the other bedrooms across the house share a three-piece bath. A two-car garage in front with side entry rounds out this design.
