About House Plan 2030:
This elevated Northwest Modern Farmhouse is ideal for a growing family that likes to have living spaces entirely separate from its social spaces.

Entering the 2,886 sq.ft. two story home, your guests will feel the openness immediately with the great room in the front of the home anchored by a fireplace. The cook of the home will love the ease of its 3 point kitchen and window above the sink.
