About House Plan 2231:
This is our brand new version of the hugely popular Merveille Vivante house plan. Due to popular demand, this home design is now available in a country farmhouse style, but with all the features that makes this versatile 1,421 square foot home plan so charming. The first floor offers an efficiently designed open floor plan featuring a dining room, living area, and a kitchen with a large island for serving and entertaining. A covered lanai with fireplace is accessed through the family room and kitchen making outdoor entertaining easy. There's plenty of room to grow with a 504 square feet second floor bonus space and fully finished optional basement. The 2-car garage can be left detached or is available as an attached option.
