About House Plan 7104:
This one bed room cottage is ideal for use as a guest house or vacation cabin. The front porch is a full 8 foot wide and can accommodate rocking chairs and porch swings. Enter the front door and you will be amazed at the space. The living area is large enough for a full size furniture arrangement. The kitchen is compact but contains an abundance of work space. There is a floor to ceiling pantry and a moveable island. The master suite has two walk-in closets and a full size bath.
