About House Plan 9444:
From the covered front porch this Southern beauty opens into a gracious living room with 16 foot high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace and French doors that open onto a wonderful rear screen porch. The secondary bedrooms are designed with private dressing rooms, walk-in closets and linen closets. Compare the room sizes with other equal size homes and you will find them to be much larger than usual.  The master suite has a 10 foot tray ceiling and a fully appointed bath with dual sinks, a separate shower and a large soaking tub. The master walk-in closet is giant sized and it has a large linen storage with a soiled clothes hamper that opens to the utility room which allows the owner to deposit soiled clothes in the master and pick them up in the utility room ready for washing. The utility room is conveniently located near the garage entry and has loads of counter space and a built-in laundry sink. The kitchen area is arranged for convenience and easily accessible to the breakfast nook or the formal dining room.
