About House Plan 9034:
Designed for absolute simplicity and minimal cost of building, the layout of this contemporary design provides privacy for all of the bed rooms with access to the patio. The living areas all have glass exposure to the front of the house which makes it ideal for homes with a great view toward the front. The master has vaulted beamed ceilings and his and her walk in closets. Both of the secondary bedrooms have walk-in closets too. The living room has vaulted beamed ceilings and a great wood burning fireplace with a stone finish. The garage is sized to accommodate two vehicles and there is access from the garage into the utility room or into the bed room area. The galley kitchen is open to the well lighted dining area and there is an eating bar to maximize the number of guest that can be accommodated.
