House Plan 9335 is a gorgeous luxury beach house with 10,275 square feet, five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, and five cars of garage parking located through a porte cochere. The main level hosts all of the main areas around the foyer and the central rotunda. Make sure to appreciate the spacious kitchen and formal dining room through the butler's pantry as well as the library/den! There's also ample porch space to extend the living areas into the fresh air. Upstairs, you'll find an amazing five-piece primary suite, three smaller suites, the laundry, and a hobby/work space with a kitchenette. The basement has the final bedroom suite along with tons of recreational space and storage.
