About House Plan 2977:
Designed with the exterior appearance of a country barn, this toy barn will hold the biggest RVs and all of your other toys too. The RV bay has 16' high ceilings and is accessed through a 12' wide overhead garage door. The door height is 12' but it can easily be modified to 14' high to handle the largest coaches. The RV bay is equipped with a sewer tap, 50 amp electrical outlets and a water hose bib. The equipment storage has two side entry 10' x 8' garage doors so that you can easily store and access jet skis, additional cars or any other adult toys. There is even a shop area to maintain your collection of toys and it has a full length work bench with a built-in sink. The storage room is designed to store your RV supplies and it is accessible from the outside and from the RV bay.
