About House Plan 3401:
House Plan 3401 is a stunning Southwestern ranch with 3,268 square feet, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and so much more in a J-shaped layout that wraps around a courtyard. The amazing five-piece primacy suite has its privacy on one side of the foyer while the rest of the house spreads back on the other. The great room boasts a spacious U-shaped island kitchen and both the dining and living areas have dressy tray ceilings over them. Make sure not to miss the cozy fireplace or the wet bar! The outdoor living area continues back from the indoor spaces and includes a covered porch with another wet bar and an outdoor kitchen!
