Scale: 1/4" = 1'-0"

Elevations -
Scale, ceiling heights, roof pitch, roof plan, etc.

Foundation Plan -
Scale, applicable footing details, code notes; different foundation options as chosen with purchase.

Dimensioned Floor Plans -
Scale, room labels, room sizes, ceiling heights, window & door schedules, general code notes, square footage, etc.

Framing Details -
Typical wall sections & roof framing details indicated on exterior elevation sheets.

Roof Plan -
Scale & roof pitches with floor plan underlaid; located with exterior elevation sheets.

Cross Section -
Included only with plans that include a cathedral or vaulted ceiling in the great room; we indicate wall height, any beam details, dimensions of vault height, etc.

Electrical Layout -
General electrical notes, location of switches, smoke alarms, lighting fixtures, and a symbol legend.

Cabinet Elevations -
Typically include the kitchen cabinets for all plans; some have bathroom layouts

Window and Door Schedule -
Typically located on the dimensioned floor plan sheet that lists all windows & doors with opening size, brief description, and quantity.

IRC Details - In most cases, the code-related notes, details, and specifications will be compliant to the current IRC code. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance; an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter. Structurally, parts of the design are prescriptively designed.

CAD Software: Autodesk AutoCAD 2017-2021; all plans are saved as 2013 DWG files.
