Elevations -
Scale, material labels, heights, roof slopes, roof plan, percentage of openings and walls above ground level, roof vents, flashing, and direction that windows open.

Foundation Plan -
Scale, footing details/sizes, foundation wall heights, isometric views of footings and foundation walls, sizes of lintels/beams/posts, load-bearing walls, garage slab insulation details, orientation of floor joists, front and rear balcony structure, and dimensions of doors/windows.

Dimensioned Floor Plans -
Scale, wall heights, room labels/dimensions, sizes of lintels/beams/posts, load-bearing walls, garage slab insulation details, orientation of floor joists and/or roof trusses, kitchen layout, dimensions of doors/windows, and steel lintel sizes for masonry.

Roof Plan -
Scale, truss drawings, girder truss and girder beam locations, and the orientation of trusses.

Cross Section -
Building sections are provided, including notes.

Window and Door Schedule -
Window/door dimensions are directly on the plan (no window/door schedule).

IRC Details - In most cases, the code-related notes, details, and specifications will be compliant to the current IRC code. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance; an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter. Structurally, parts of the design are prescriptively designed.
