Scale: 1/4" = 1'-0"

Elevations -
Front elevation includes all notes and dimensions; the left, right, and rear elevations include any necessary notes and dimensions that differ from the information included on the front elevation.

Foundation Plan -
Slab plan included (other foundations require modification); foundations need to be engineered per each specific building site.

Dimensioned Floor Plans -
Dimensions, notes, room labels, and ceiling heights.

Framing Details -
Wall sections layouts, notes on framing and concrete block.

Roof Plan -
Scale, runs, ridge height, section details, and some beam locations are noted on the plan. Other beam locations need to be engineered by a structural engineer or selected truss manufacturer (may be site specific).

Cross Section -
Included when applicable.

Electrical Layout -
Everything is included in electrical plans with the exception that some plans do not contain a panel schedule, service riser diagram, or load calculation, all of which are generally site specific.

Window and Door Schedule -
Complete window/door schedule with window and door tags.

IRC Details - Details and specifications will be compliant with the current IRC code, in most cases in the code-related notes. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance; an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter. All plans were designed to FBC (Florida Building Code) per the year the original plan was designed and copyrighted.

CAD Software: AutoCAD Architecture 2013-2020 (dependent upon plan).
