Elevations -
Four exterior views with typical wall sections, framing details for eaves, notes, etc.

Foundation Plan -
1/4" per foot scale. Typical footing details for all portions, footing locations, and notes.

Dimensioned Floor Plans -
Floor plan with door and window sizes, dimensions, notes, and ceiling framing notes.

Framing Details -
Full cross section, typical wall section, stair section, and ceiling and roof framing. Building details are plan specific as needed.

Roof Plan -
1/4" scale. Rafter layout, roof slopes, and birds-eye view.

Cross Section -
3/8" or 1/4" scale. Full cross section with detailing of framing.

Electrical Layout -
Lighting, switches, switch groupings, outlets, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, legend, etc.

Cabinet Elevations -
3/8" or 1/4" scale. Interior cabinet drawings of all cabinets.

Window and Door Schedule -
Door and window sizes are given on the floor plan. There is no "schedule". The client selects all windows and doors.

General notes are included on each page, as applicable to the page contents.

IRC Details - In most cases, the code-related notes, details, and specifications will be compliant to the current IRC code. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance; an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter. Structurally, parts of the design are prescriptively designed.
