Elevations -
Material labels, heights, roof slope indicators, others

Foundation Plan -
Footing details, any structural information, thickness, additional details

Dimensioned Floor Plans -
Room labels, room sizes, ceiling heights

Framing Details -
Include non-typical plate heights, details, wall sections, any framing details

Roof Plan -
Include scale, overhang dimensions, roof slopes, typical notes

Cross Section -
Ceiling heights, beams, joist direction, heel heights, etc.

IRC Details - In most cases the code-related notes, details and specifications will be compliant to the current IRC code. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance; an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter. Structurally, parts of the design are prescriptively designed.

CAD Software: 2023 Revit and export our drawings to 2010 AutoCAD
